About Moneeb App The "Moneeb" application is an innovative electronic platform that allows users to request the performance of Umrah on behalf of patients, the disabled, the deceased, or martyrs. This service is facilitated through certified and trusted Umrah providers whose identities and credentials are strictly verified by our administrative team. Furthermore, the app enables requesters to track all stages of Umrah and verify the proper performance of the sacred rituals through real-time documentation, which includes photos, videos, and live tracking of the Umrah provider during execution. 2. Information We Collect We collect and securely store a limited set of data to provide a safe, organized, and reliable experience. This data includes: أ / A Account Information Includes: Full name, active phone number, email address, and profile picture (optional). ب / B Umrah Request Details Includes: Name of the Umrah beneficiary, status (sick, disabled, deceased, or martyr), attached photos related to the request, and any special remarks. ج / C Umrah Provider Credentials National ID or residency card, official documents and photos uploaded for identity verification and legal compliance, and credentials reviewed manually by the administrative team. د / D Geographic Location Data The application collects the location of the Umrah provider only during an active Umrah task. This allows the requester to track progress directly on the map in real-time. We do not track or collect location once the Umrah performance is completed or stopped. هـ / E Documentation Media (Photos & Videos) Photos and videos uploaded to verify and document the core steps of Umrah (Ihram, Tawaf, Sa'i, and Halq/Taqsir) to ensure full credibility and peace of mind. 3. Background Location Tracking Important Usage Limit Notification: Background location tracking for the Umrah provider is activated only during an officially active, ongoing Umrah task on the app. This enables the requester to monitor the provider's exact path through the holy rituals (Tawaf, Sa'i, etc.) to verify physical presence at Makkah. Location data collection stops instantly and automatically when the Umrah task is marked as finished or canceled. We never use this location data for ads or marketing. 7. Guest Account (Browsing Mode) Moneeb App provides a convenient option to browse as a guest without prior registration to review static pages and general guidelines. Please note that guests cannot request Umrah, register as providers, or perform any transactional activities that require data storage or server integration without first creating a verified account. 9.
