Welcome to Moneeb. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the application. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Definitions Application: Moneeb application and all related services. User: Any person using the application, including customers, performers, or guests. Customer: A user requesting Umrah on behalf of another person. Umrah Performer: An approved user authorized to perform Umrah requests through the platform. Administration: The entity operating and managing the application. 2. Nature of the Service Moneeb provides a platform connecting customers with approved Umrah performers for the purpose of requesting, tracking, and documenting Umrah performed on behalf of others. The application does not provide religious rulings or legal religious opinions. Users are responsible for ensuring that their requests comply with applicable religious requirements. 3. Account Registration Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. The administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing inaccurate or misleading information. 4. Performer Verification Umrah performers must be reviewed and approved by the administration before providing services through the platform. The administration reserves the right to reject, suspend, or revoke any performer account at its sole discretion. 5. Documentation and Content Users may upload photos, videos, and other information necessary to document Umrah progress. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload. Users must not upload content that: Violates laws or regulations. Infringes on third-party rights. Contains false, abusive, defamatory, or misleading information. Violates public morals or Islamic values. 6. Location Tracking Location services are used only during active Umrah assignments. The purpose of location tracking is to enable real-time progress monitoring by customers. Location sharing automatically stops once the task is completed or terminated. 7. User Responsibilities Users agree to: Use the application lawfully. Avoid misuse of the services. Refrain from attempting unauthorized access or disruption of the platform. Avoid impersonating any person or entity. 8. Limitation of Liability The application strives to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The administration shall not be liable for: Internet or telecommunications failures. User-generated information. Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application. 9. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to the application, including software, trademarks, logos, designs, and content, belong to Moneeb or its licensors. No part of the application may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. 10. Account Termination The administration may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws. Users may also request account deletion according to the application's procedures. 11. Modifications The administration reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application after modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 12.
